Where is the Course located?
The training is hosted in our digital members area that you can access on any desktop, laptop, tablet, or even your smart phone at anytime. So you can implement everything right from the comfort of your home on a laptop or desktop (smart phones not recommended but they do work).
What is Road Warrior?
Road Warrior is a route planning software that many of our agents use in the field.
We have built out an integration that makes the App even easier to use being able to push your leads directly into the system, so that you can spend more of your time focusing on sales instead of manually entering leads into Road Warrior.
The cost to add a Road Warrior account to our team account is $15 per month which we are passing along to you, plus a $10 up charge to run the integration software.
What if I already have a CRM account like this one?
No problem! You can do it one of two ways.
1) You can still access the course if you signup and have access to all of the training materials.
2) You are welcome to transfer your CRM account snapshot over to our platform.
What is the Agent Hotline?
The agent hotline is a number that you can use from the homes to help you get more sales. Our agent hotline provides agents help with underwriting, objections and we encourage our agents to call if they get anything but a YES in the homes.
You can also text this number at anytime for underwriting or sales support.
What is a Blitz?
This is a training event with agents selling in the field, agents going for a
ride along and usually a full day of classroom training. This is a great way for an agent to get away from distractions and get around other high level producers. Many agents have taken their business to the next level after attending a blitz.
How much does this cost?
